Athletics Practice! ( 2.12.10 )

"You can do it" Shouted Alana. As I got ready to jump over the high jump. I sprinted towards the high jump sweating hard out and I jump as high as I can and land on the mat with a BUMP! I look to see if I have knocked the bar over but I had made it.

'Yay' I whispered to myself happily. I ran to the back of the line to have another go. Next is Alana's turn. "Go Alana" I shout hoping that she will make it. She runs and she jumps and she makes it just by one inch I am happy for her because she hates high jump I use to as well but not so much anymore.

Next is Hannah's turn, she makes it to, very easily though. Now it is Linda's turn. She run's and she jumps and just makes it.

Finally Last but not least here comes Natalya now I have to admite she is better than me at high jump but maybe not so much long jump well I don't know but right here it is her turn she run's and jumps and just knocks the bar over. OH NO she didn't make it but she try's again and just makes it. "Yay" I shout "Well done Natalya."

Once upon a time there was two Rabbits and they lived on their own! There names were Emily and Lilly. Lilly was white and Emily was brown.

The bad thing was that they always argued about who slept where and who got the best food and ohhhhh they didn't even know that they were being very very greedy.

One night when it was raining Lilly started crying because she was scared that a thunder storm would come. "I wish mummy hadn't died." She weeped. "would you like me to get you the best grass i'm not very hungry tonight." said Emily anxiously. "Yes please." said Lilly lightning up a bit.

So Emily went and got the grass and came back with a whole handful of it. "That's kind of you." said Lilly thankfully. "Well we should both get to sleep now try not to be so scared night, night." said Emily sleepily.

"Wake up wake up." shouted Lilly "Today is the day we look for blackberries in the forest lets go." "OK" said Emily sleepily "Just let me get some breakfast first." "Sure" said Lilly excitedly.

So after breakfast they set of into the forest to pick Blackberries after a while they came to a bush that had lots of white seeds on it. "Are these the right ones" asked Emily.

"I think so maybe I don't know maybe we should come back tomorrow".

"OK" aggred Emily.

So they set off home and lived happily ever after.

My recount on leaving Riverdale School! :)

I am so sad I don't want to leave Riverdale but I have to. Some of the things I will always remember are cool camp, favorite friends, my teachers, QZealand quiddage, awesome athletics, super swimming in the scary school pool and lots more. I remember on my first day my mum cried her eyes out I will always remember that to. I will always remember Miss Soma too because she always helped me when I got bullied. It is very sad because she has left Riverdale School.

Once I had climbed the first sand dune I sore him sliding down one. At once I hurried

And suddenly the sand from behind me moved and I slipped and fell.

‘AHH’ I screamed as I slided down the sand dune. But you’ll never guess

What I was safe because as I slided down a net stopped me.

‘Phew’ I whispered as I climbed up to the top. I saw my brother yell to me ’Are you ok’. I yelled out ‘yeah’. I decided to be more careful because

I really didn’t want to hurt myself because I have never broken

Any bones. I decided to pick another sand dune to climb and I picked a smaller one and one with a net of course. I really wanted to have a sliding

Contest but again no more climbing for me for a while oh well.

But there was no net so of course I kept rolling but luckily I wasn’t

yay we are going to waikanae for 2 nights I have been there before but only when I was little so I can't really remember. My sister and brother say there is a goat there called Lester but he will probably be dead by now.

I listen to my ipod in the car so I don't get bored. Finally we get there it doesn't look to flash but
oh well I know it will be fun.

my dad check's in and gets our key it says number six so we are up stairs. I race up there first and my dad comes after me and unlocks the door!

The Wild Concert.

And hanging out in the green room. well I just talked to my friends in the green room and I did well in our class dance.

Gosh tonight is the big night I thought as I noisily rush to the back of the regent trembling with excitement 'Don't get to excited'. said Mum. 'I won't Mum'. I said , Bye. Oh there's Alana Oh doesn't her hair look curly. 'Wow Alana who curled your hair'. I said. 'Its naturally like this' said Alana. 'oh'. I said. 'well lets go In' said a voice and it was Hannah, 'Hi Hannah' I said. And there's Linda too well lets go to the green room I said. As we get to the green room we start talking for about 20 minutes then it is our turn to do the dance Halloween well I get on stage and dance my best Oh this is so fun I thought when we go to the change rooms to get changed into our class costume I start giggling heaps then I head back down to the green room ready for our dance when we get on the stage I am way to excited but I do my best and at the end of the dance I hear someone yell out GO EMMA!!! that was probably my sister. As I quietly hurry off the stage I told Linda I heard my sister say Go Emma and she said she heard too. As we rush up the rail to the girls toilets Linda and I giggle lots because we are so excited as we get to the wings of the stage Linda and I find a seat. Then it is finally time for the finale I do my best and see my family and wave like crazy.

wow i am thinking what shall i write about oh i can't help starring at Hannah who is wearing a blue head band blue hair ties and a blue under layer wow she must really like blue. wow Kelly has got a new hair style after having her hair out and a pony tail for so long. wow Alan is scribbling on his page wanting to write every thing he can.
